95% of Attempts to

Improve our Lives Fail. Why?

Our research has shown that there are 2 main reasons:

1.  Not having enough time.

2.  Not being able to keep it up.

Even if we devour as many books, talks and courses as we’re humanly able, this doesn’t necessarily bring us any closer to our goals; reading is not knowing and implementing is another thing entirely.

Clearly, consuming content is far easier than putting it into action - which is why we keep consuming endless content to no avail. Another major problem is that we don’t question exactly what we’re working towards. We set short term goals, like losing 20 pounds, but what we really need is to feel good about ourselves, feel in control of our destiny and live a healthy life - for the rest of our life.

All too often people lose the 20 pounds and then put it straight back on. Why? Because:

  • They didn’t have an appropriate goal and strategy. They didn’t plan for feeling good and being healthy in the long term.

  • They don’t know how to motivate themselves. People get caught in a cycle of trying a new diet, failing, trying harder and then failing only to give up until it hurts enough to try something completely different.

  • They don’t know how to address the root causes of their weight. People are pushing against themselves from day one because all the root causes of their weight issues remain the same and they lack the strategy and the skills to identify and overcome them.

  • They are trying what worked for someone else instead of what works for them. Many of us don’t know what skills we lack and how to fill those gaps, so we end up fumbling around trying what worked for others, hoping it will for us even though we’re different.

Nurse Bronnie Ware spent years at the side of dying patients and recorded their biggest regrets. The number 1 most common regret was: “I wish I’d had the courage to live a true life to myself, not the life others expected of me.”

Like a fingerprint - unique to each of us - we all have a valid, one-of-a-kind perspective on what a meaningful life looks like for us. But most of us are not living it!

This is why claims of one size fits all solutions for success don’t (and can’t) work; we’re all different and iWithin has learnt that what works for me may not work for you, and vice versa.

The above represent just some of the reasons for our failure rates. Already this is a lot to take in, right? And this also why we fail because we don’t know how to wrap all of this up into a game plan that fits into our crazily busy lives. This is where iWithin helps you excel...
